Reporting

Motortrace can generate many types of vehicle reports to suit your needs. They can be generated at any time from the Trackers > Reports section of the website. One report may be run on multiple trackers and/or drivers simultaneously. Reports can be run from any date up until today, and can exclude journeys made during out of office hours.

	Detailed Journey Reports
	Journey Reports
	Distance Reports
	Driving Time Reports
	Excessive Speed Reports

Custom reports are also available as either one-offs or as a custom addition to your standard reporting options. For more information on custom reporting, please contact us.

The reports can be generated in the following file formats:

	html - suitable for displaying in a browser
	PDF - suitable for storing and printing
	Excel/csv - suitable for running statistics
